Really good Stay at Iconic Location
adjustable lighting marble floors efficient concierge
My room featured adjustable lighting and marble floors in the bathroom. A photo of my dog was placed by the bedside table, a lovely touch. Doormen consistently offered car rides and provided pleasant conversation after theatre visits. The concierge team handled all requests efficiently.

english chocolates alcohol-free champagne thoughtful touch helpful team
i found the attention to detail excellent , as my favorite english chocolates were waiting for me. alcohol-free champagne was also on ice , since i am a non-drinker. a photo of my dog was even there by the bedside table , a thoughtful touch. the team were very helpful.
the fitness center felt a bit small when compared to other similar hotels i have visited.

my beautiful king room offered ample space , fitted with comfortable seating and a large work desk , ideal for catching up on emails. the bathroom included underfloor heating , as well as premium toiletries , which i certainly appreciated.

the concierge team handled all my requests efficiently , as they secured reservations at popular local restaurants. staff members greeted me by name. the level of care.

the hotel's promenade dining room had gorgeous furnishings , and the piano music set a wonderful atmosphere. i had access to a well-equipped gym. i took advantage of the spa , with a sauna and steam room.

detached staff smaller room
I felt a little let down by the overall experience. I was expecting seamless service, but the staff seemed somewhat detached. the room, while clean, felt smaller than I anticipated from the description. i also noticed some wear and tear on the furniture it just didn't match the hotel's reputation.

underwhelming stay
misleading pictures inaccurate room
The pink roses advertised for the room were misleading. We wanted that specific decor for our daughter's birthday. upon arrival, our assigned room featured green decor instead. the receptionist claimed that room changes were impossible and that the pictures online were not always accurate. this seemed like a misrepresentation.
